I'm a product thinker, and a design leader focused on design with empathy. In my process, I start with empathizing with users, stakeholders, development teams and marketers to plan a prosperous future for the product's user experience. Being able to evaluate what's right to do and leading the teams to use appropriate tools and data to find the right direction is something that is part of my passion.
I'm so passionate about building products that solve a problem through a complete connection with users. It might sound cliché, but user obsession is my number one value when thinking about a solution.
I love building teams and help companies hire and train design talents who truly understand design thinking and can implement it in agile environments.
As far as personal stories, I was born and raised in Tehran, Iran, where I studied in Computer Engineering and had my first startup with a bunch of talented classmates from Sharif University of Technology. Then enrolled in many Product Management and Design roles and decided to move to Arizona to study at ASU for Master of Science in Design.
For my master thesis, I worked on a problem that I felt all the way in my past experiences, the challenge of helping my team to connect with the final users and the potential clients of a web project. I came up with a solution, and at the end, it ended up being named "A tool for Empathetic User Experience Design."
I currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. For the past 4-5 years of been working in startups to help them Understand their users and strategize their product ideas more effectively.
